My stay at the hotel was a pleasant one. The rooms were clean and surprisingly quiet despite the location. However, there was evidence of previous smoking in the no smoking room. The hotel offered two individual rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles, tucked away at the end of a corridor. The overall appearance of the rooms was nice.

The service was exceptional. The staff were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to help with unusual requests. They were all very friendly. Additionally, the view from the 6th floor was lovely.

The location of the hotel was convenient with bus stops outside and across the road, providing easy access to Chatswood and Manly. The upper north shore location suited our needs perfectly.

The dining experience was below average. The organization was poor, with partly frozen food and a lack of utensils. Additionally, the room had a musty smell and the shower leaked, making the floor wet and potentially dangerous.

The hotel rooms were a bit dusty and not as clean as expected for a 4-star property, but a nice letter of apology was provided. I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Sydney. The room came with a portable heater and complimentary breakfast offering a cereal buffet and a toast buffet.

The service was very good overall. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful with providing information on our travel needs. However, there were occasional issues with things not working.

The location was perfect for our needs, although not in a particularly 'fun' part of Sydney. It is ideal for travelers with a car, especially with the North Connex now available. The bus stop outside the front door was convenient, taking us to Chatswood in just 8 minutes. The hotel is very near the main station of Chatswood and within walking distance of the Chatswood center.

The dining options were very basic but affordable. I found the breakfast to be lacking and would have been willing to pay more for a better selection. The orange juice was undrinkable and had a strange smell.
